they go from light blue to dark blue {{jurastic difference}} and then they're sometimes gray. and they always have gold right around the pupil

and im not colorblind they do change colors my friends always point it out.

Ah.. I'm glad to finally meet someone else who experiences this; my eyes go from light green to light brown, still retaining a hazel-like hue though. Sometimes they're steel blue and other times they're a bright green.
But mainly, I think it's a pigment in the iris that is sensitive to how the light reflects and refracts. I've watched my eyes change on an old home video a while back and as my eyes moved with the light, they changed.. and I'm not talking about the pupil size. Eh, that's a duh.
Why that is? Well I gave you my little thought on that but I'm not a doctor. But glad to meet someone who's a "freak-o" too =P.

haha your just trying to brag with your beautiful eyes! It might because of different things like the lighting, or the color of your shirt.

I think one of the previous answers is right; it depends on your surrounding colors and light. I don't really know, but I'm jealous!
