Any safe ways you can send stuff or ashes of Loved into space?
I'm talking about everyday people who just want have thrill of Saying something like "I sent my hamster into space and Survived!"

The only way you can send ANYTHING you like is through Rocket or space shuttle. go talk to some private companies they already take ASHES to space which return to earth after 10-12 yrs

You need to give a lot of money to buy space on NASA's space rockets or make a very very powerfull rocket and launch it with the the ashes.

. Mix the ashes with the Chlorofluorocarbon called Freon and release the mix.
That stuff finds it's way up to the stratosphere all on it's own to combine with ozone.
Your ancestors ashes will not only be in space they will be responsible for depleting the protective layers around our planet.

Bigelow Aerospace is offering people the chance to send personal items to orbit. But it is a one way trip. The items would not be recovered, as far as I know.
