I took my watch off and put it in my pants pocket. I forgot about it being in my pants and it got washed and dried. The watch is still working but the band (I think it's lizard skin) is all shriveled up now and the face of the watch came off. I've had this watch for 14 years! Please help me!

If it's real, Gucci products are warantied for life. Take the certificate of authenticity to any Gucci store, Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom.
If it's fake, buy a new watchband.
