There's no such thing as making your breasts larger, but you can firm the muscles beneath your breasts, which will make them a tiny bit perkier, but probably even smaller because you will have increased muscle and decreased the fat around your chest. If you belong to a gym, dothe machines that target your pectorials (chest muscles), if not, one example with dumbells is lie on a bench with a dumbell in each hand with your arms outstretched perpendicular to your body, then slowly bring your arms up, bringing the dumbells together outstretched over your chest and then back down again. To tone your existing chest muscles (if you have any significant amount) do a low weight with high reps, and to build muscle, do a higher weight with low reps.

I'm sorry to say (actually, incredibly sorry) but exercise won't improve the size of your breasts. Firmer breasts are the result of two things; first, is a strong set of pectoral muscles, which you can develop with bench presses, pushups, etc. The second is wearing a good brassiere.

Pectoralis minor and pectoralis major are the chest muscles immediately behind the breasts. They increase in size and thickness if both upper arms tightly press the chest.Try and you can see the result the first time itself.It`s an isometric exercise and is to be done 15 times a sitting,three sittings a day for two weeks.

you don't want your boobs bigger!!! i promise you!!! you may think that you do, even i did, but i don't any more, they just didn't stop groing, and theier not done im afraid, im 14 and i already have a size c, and you can't find any clothes that fit, manufactures make shirts for little brests cus not many people have big ones any more i gues. their also a pain cus everywere you go, to the lake, to a store anywere, you are always self consions about the fact that they might be overshowing out of you bikini or you shirt is 1 or 2 sizes to small. trust me, guys don't like big boobs either, i would know, i took a pole
