Well, as long as it is the same thing it will only screw on thing up. That one thing will slow your computer down.
Each time you install and uninstall it writes the data in a new place all over your drive.
You can fix this with DeFrag in your system tools.

I don't believe so.
The mistakes I've made in the past were deleting installed program files instead of going through an uninstall wizard. A few times, I've deleted the files of an installed program I didn't want anymore because I couldn't find the uninstall wizard and the program then couldn't be uninstalled because some files that I deleted weren't found by the uninstall wizard to go through with the uninstall process.

I don't think so, but installing lots of crap, even if you uninstall it could, because when you uninstall programs many leave some stuff behind, like registry keys, that can slow down your computer.
