For one,there has to already have or be chemistry there. For two,it helps to have at least a couple things in common. Like the same life goals,career,relationship and where you see yourselves in 10 years. And what kind of sacrifices the 2 of you are willing to make for your very different,individual personalities. I have found that the best way to do what you are asking is to make them wait. Make them wait until they just cant take anymore,then drop by and say hello,bring a small gift,like a teddy bear or fresh flowers.Try not to be predictable,something like that shouldnt be known until youve been together for a while.And space really is important,if you want this person to crave you. There is no best way. Either she's going to decide to go for you or she's not. Women are funny things. You can have everything going in the world for you and she'll choose some person who is total rubbish.
