I’ve only had one nightmare, but technically it’s not considered a nightmare to most. In my whole life SO far.

u dont have nitemares because either u manage your stress levels nicley and dont get over stressed out or else u do have nitemares and u dont remember them, really we have a minimum of 20 some odd dreams a nite and most of us r lucky if we recall what the dream was about at all let alone remember one or two of them. often the case of remembered dreams r because we r not fully asleep when we r having them and the sounds and environment effect our thoughts and therefore its not really a dream we r remembering but a thought we r having with half a mind.

It's rare for a person to remember all the dreams they have during a sleep cycle, so its likely you may be having some nightmares (although minor enough that they do not wake you) without knowing it.
But since they are infrequent or do not affect you, it suggests that you are very calm and stress-free in your life, as both dreams and nightmares are methods by which your subconcious "communicates" or expresses itself to you. Dreams are often our avenues for dealing with and comprehending life's problems and questions. If none of your dreams cause you to be anxious or unsettled, it probably just means your waking life is treating you well. Enjoy it.

You are lucky, but you aren't probably very old, so it's not that abnormal at all. People who live full, exciting lives tend to have quiet, sweet dreams. Those who have a more boring, mundane life tend to have nightmares. I have a psychiatrist friend who said it is your brain making up at night for the boredom of the day. Just be glad you don't wake up screaming like a lot of people do.

yes this is perfectly normal. Nightmares are not something that all people have to have nor have. Usually nightmares are caused by stress, illness, something that happened in your day, something that someone said that really stayed on your mind that day or simply your last thoughts before you actually fall into a deep sleep. So don't worry if your normal, your actually Blessed!

I never get nightmares either-except when I sleep with my shoes on, when I get the weirdest most graphic nightmares.

Your problems are solved. Tonight is your special night. Hopefully you'll wake up in time to see the guy with the knife standing over your bed.

Well I'm not sure if it's normal...it probally is because when you have ''nightmares'' that's usually when something is not going well...I rarely have nightmares too.
