if you think that she likes you and your friend,...be careful, cause she might just be acting like she likes you to get with your friend...

I think that you and your friend should discuss this and try to come to an agreement that neither one of you will ask her out. Let the girl make the first move. In this day and age, that is perfectly acceptable. If the girl asks one of you out, and you and your friend are truly like brothers, the one that didn't get to go out with her should be happy for the other one although sad for himself. Or, if she really seems to like both of you, you could both date her. Eventually she will decide she likes one over the other or maybe neither of you. (If you both got dumped by her at the same time, then you could console each other!)

Tough one. It's not a good scene when you best buddies become cock blockers. Can I say that? Apparently not.
You can either lose this girl to your friend or piss your friend off by dating her. I think you need to talk to the girl, get everything out in the open. Ultimately, she will decide. I have dated the same girl my friends have (not at the same time, though, generally). It is a little creepy. Yeah, if you and your friend have sex with the same girl, that's called "sperm brothers". Sorry for sharing that information.

If you had to choose between the girl and your friend, whom would you choose? Friendship is much more valuable than a girl. Talk to your friend and tell him that you like the girl. Sometimes truth is the best excuse. Better to talk to him than go out with the girl and that he will be really mad at you.

You just have to ask yourself if she is worth being on the outs with a friend. My guess is probably not. She probably is not the one, and you'll just have hurt a good friend. On the other hand, there's not much to worry about right now unless someone is making a move. Also, TALK to your friend about it. It helps.

This is what I would do, neither of you ask her out. If she's really interested in either of you, she could do the asking, or hint at going out. Maybe just wait for her to give the signal, that way you can keep your friendship.

did you tell your friend that you like this girl first? and how do you know he likes her too. to me its up to the girl. either she likes you or your friend. talk to the girl and ask her who does she like more. if you think that you friend will be mad at you and you dont want to complicate your friendship. just find another girl to like.

If she really likes your friend, and you really like her, you would make sure you could do anythig from your powers to make her happy, right? well then let your friend have her, since this will make her happy and will prove that you like her. If you ask er out, everything can go haywire

You shouldn't wanna ask her out if you already know that she likes your friend. Why would you wanna date someone who probably would only go out with you to get closer to your friend?
