How i can state my specifics? I can make things in order and when receiving appointment from seniors, i can;t react immediately but after i think it twice myself,i can do it perfectly and graspe the skills in the later work.
Also it seems that i am not extravert enough and i tends to work indepedently (maybe lack of communication skills----how i can improve it later at work?>
Also what quality should one have for a merchandiser assistant? How i express myself to be interested and able to qualify for this position?

Most important quality one need to have for all jobs is honesty. With honesty I do not mean strict definition of honest but broad meaning I mean honest in our approach, conduct, working, keenness to learn.

I say so because if we have honest and sincerity then we can always overcome our deficiancies and perfect ourselves.

Apart from that, the speed of the work, ability to read fast and sorting capabilities come handy in this job.

Other usual stuff like willingness to put extra efforts, relationship with peers and seniors helps out.
