This term started getting thrown around after Katrina. The Federal Government did not prepare adequately for the disaster, but, did anybody?!? Personally, I blame the local and state governments for not issuing a mandatory evacuation like the President asked them to. They also did not let the military come in when the hurricane hit. Bush had troops in Ft. Hood, Texas ready to go in, but Nagin would not let them come in until New Orleans had sunk to Anarchy.
Calling President Bush a racist is just plain ignorant. After all, he has the most minorities in his cabinet of any President ever. He has had 2 African- American Secys. of State, A hispanic Attorney- General, and the list goes on...

I don't think he is a racist. I just think that he acts before he thinks. He uses anything that he can to separate people and get what he wants, but I don't think he is a racist.

That is a big fat lie. He doesnt believe in Affirmative action, but he is not racist. A good portion of his appointments have been black and minority clear down to his security and the secret service. He visited my town in 2004 and he had a lot of brothers around and with him, But his enemies tried that slander campaign.

I don't know that people really think that. And, if they do, they should take a look at the people in his cabinet -- many of them are not white. However, I do believe people tend to think a Democrat is more likely to provide programs for low income people, and unfortunately, that is often people other than white.

liberals toss the word "racist" around like a frisbee. to them, anyone who disagrees even slightly with leftist ideals is automatically labeled a "racist".

labeling, character assassinations, and smear tactics is what liberals use to win an argument.

I think he's a jerk, and so it wouldn't suprise me if he was a racist. Most Americans seem to have a racist attitude to non-Americans though.
