my body is slim but i m feeling as if i m getting fat by the waist .i take normal diet...dal,rice,veg,cereals,fruits,etc...occasionally i also take fried food....also do yoga.please refer for a proper package of diet & precautions relative to eating habits..or any othert thing that can help me out..for maintaining a fit body.

Eat foods low in fat, and stop eating fried foods. Yoga is great! Try something that gets your heart rate up- running, walking fast etc...
