Here are a couple of my favorites:
Sit in an office chair that has arms. Push down on the arms with all your strength, while leaning back, until your lower back lifts out of the chair. Now hold it for 10 seconds and give it a good stretch. You should hear a substantial amount of vertebrae movement.
Take a 12" piece of 3 or 4" of pvc pipe and situate it lengthwise on either side of your spine behind your back sitting in your car or truck. Grab the steering wheel and push yourself back into the seat until you feel your vertebrae line up. Repeat this exercise with the pipe on the other side of your spine. (This gets rid of that nasty subluxation between the shoulder blades).

Yep.. go in to a D.O. and have them give you an adjustment/OMT. Once you are back in alignment you should be able to feel better. Most of the time the adjustments are covered by insurance. After so many adjustments, you will pick up how to turn in just the right way to get your own back to "pop."

Place your left elbow on the outside of your right thigh (that twists your back) tighten the twist. Reverse for the other side. Don't try anything else! You should see your doctor, get referred to a Chiro.

At school a lot of people just grab the backs of their chairs and twist.
But I recommend not popping your back yourself because you could make it worse. Seeing a chiropractor is what I would do.
Good luck.

um, throw yourself down a flight of stairs and see if that works
or go to the chiropractor,
the second one worked for me for 5 years then I had to get surgery
then I had to get theraphy that cost me $5200.00
but in all seriousness, click on the link below, that is the one chirpractor that helped fix my problem that started in 1998
Good Luck!

I go to a Chiro pract, every once in a while. They will do it for you and tell you how ., that is best you could injure your self doing it wrong. Pem
