Seeing how David Stern is a genious and probably the best sports commish in the history of any sport. I will go with Selig.

Both have their ups and downs, but the NBA isn't as fun to watch, so Bud Selig's doing a better job in my opinion.

both are knuckleheads, but i'd have to say selig by a nose. the guy seriously doesn't seem to know a damn thing about the game and could care less about the fans. what a douchebag. when i'm commisioner, things will be different!!
