What's not to like ... no state income tax in Tennessee, rolling hilly terrain, reasonably close to major shopping in big cities, and best of all ... within 50 miles of several TVA impoundments including Dale Hollow Lake.
A Yahoo search for "sparta, tn" (include the quotation marks) yields 197,000 results. If you so the same search, you will find a lot to read and look at.

I live in Tennessee & would like to help you but I never heard of "Spata". I tried looking it up without success.
What part of the state is in located in?
