i'm very skinny (but not aneroxic) and i want "abs". i just want like a toned stomach. i don't have a lot of fat, but how do i lose it so i can see the abs? how many crutches should i do each day?

please don't tell me to use a medicine ball because i don't want to go and buy it.

my sister has like 5? 10? pound weights.

so how do i get a toner stomach?

Start doing some cruches - start with about 20/day after you get to a level where your stomach is not sore, move up to 25/day. When you are comfortable with that try it twice a day. After you are comfortable at that level incread another 5. Do not start out by trying to do as many as you can. If 20 if too many for you to start, drop down to 15.

If your stomach is sore take a day off. But then start right away the next day

Crunches really aren't the best way to get "abs", there are lots of better exercises you can do. A while ago a bought a pilates tape that was just for abs, and I was actually pretty sore the next day after I used the tape for the first time! It really helps with strength and tone in your abs.

You should do plain old situps or crunches every morning. I'd say 5 minutes of each? Working up to as much as 10 minutes.

the quickest way is with an exercise ball. do 20 sit up's a day on it. i did this and saw results in a week
