i have two bottles right here willd yam root andsawpalm,etto 450mg i take them daily 3times now i have to find more some where.

you are wasting your money. don't get them. they don't actually do anything if they did then they would be approved by the FDA. companies like Nature's Way rely on gullible people to make money, don't be one of those people.
