Looking at your other questions: I appreciate your interest in physics. I would even more appreciate it if you would go and take some elementary courses in physics.

Of course you would start with "boring things" conservation of momentum and classical electrodynamics and not with wild theories about "hyperspace" and other Star Wars stuff. But if you mastered the elementary physics you'll see by yourself that your questions are no physical question, but pseudo scientific nonsense.

I think if it was possible then it would be from the early stages starting in a young embryo being that it has the potential of staying in the womb of the mother for about 9 months give and take would perhaps yes, it could also have an advantage but being humans we need with training to stay under water up to 4 minutes would change if the pressure of our lungs and the oxygen that travels through the blood to the brains understand the connection. First observe suffocation.

(This is not meant to be offensive, and I think I speak for everyone who ponders your question. . . )

What the f**k are you talking about?

Some people ARE born under water; it is a birthing technique that some people swear by.

What the heck do birthing conditions have to do with understanding and development of physics? (I admit if babies were always born into complete vacuum and held there for 10-20 seconds, our future prospects for developments in physics would begin to dim in about 30 years and vanish in about 80 or 90).

this question is a great demonstration of the human mind's ability to comprehend misspelled words without noticing.

quantum physics has nothing to do with solvation so it likely wouldn't matter.

lay off the pot.........
