Toss up between Larry the cable guy, Robin Williams, and Jim Carrey, if it was a group of people it would be the beatles by far. They are so funny in help and a hard days night.

Dane Cook sucks nuts as well as all those blue collar guys. Dane Cook is worse though. His jokes are juvenile and are not funny.
Oh yeah, Will Ferrel is probably the worst of them all. Will Ferrel talent = 0. Script reading/memorizing = 10.

Michael Richards of 'Seinfeld' fame was hosting a comedy special in Aspen, Colorado a few years back, and he was funnier than the featured comdedians, including Drew Carey, Gilbert Gottfried, and others.
