1. You need to go to a Doctor and tell him ALL of your symptoms first off. If you have sex you need to tell him that also, and how many partners. He'll check for ovarian cysts (which are like a pimple basically on your ovary, and many young women get them.) He'll also check for any STDs, and probably a urinary tract infection. He'll push on your tummy, and above your pubic mound. He might do a ultrasound, and if he thinks it is a cyst he will probably do an MRI or somethign else to make sure.
Sometimes they give medicine to shrink the cyst, or they leave it alone, and worst case scenerio they perform surgery to remove the cyst. (Easy operation though, in and out in one day.)
It can also be ovulation pain, think of a zit popping on your ovary (the egg releasing) and that's the pain you feel sometimes during the month. It has a really long name for the pain, something like 'mizenhimer' (a german name for ovulation pains).
Warm compresses, midol, mortin, vitamin B shots can all help ease these pains. Most women experience them when they go from a sitting position into a quick standing position. Hurts like a mofo >.< seriously. Me and my girlfriends refer to it as -c---- pains. Feels like you stood up and someone shoved a knife up your bottom or into your uterus. Or up the vagina. The pains range and can be in any or all of those areas.
Some women get them for days on and off, some get them once or twice a month. It just depends on your own cycle and body.
You're young, so one thing no one probably told you is the older you get and the more your body matures - the more pains you get with being a woman. Period cramps can get worse or better with age, as can those ovarian pains.
It can also be scar tissue being pulled or ripped inside you on your ovaries or fallopian tubes. A lot of young women get scarring from various reasons. An infection that got into your vagina (uterus) then travelled up your tubes. From having a c-section or natural birth (having a baby). I forget the name for the scar tissue, but it's REAL common in women of all ages to get it. Pelvic Enflamatory Disease is what it is called (sp). Look it up on google.com
That about covers all the common reasons for ovarian pain.
However, you can experience phantom pain (and again this is common also) such as you could have a gallbladder going bad, or starting to have appendicitis attacks. You might FEEL the pain in what you consider your ovarian area, but it can really be your gallbladder or appendix that's hurting.
So please, go to the doctor ASAP and let a qualified person give you a REAL exam so you know. Some of these things you absoultely can not let go unchecked. They can lead to infertility, illness, or death if left alone to long.

I am very sorry to hear about the trauma you are going through. After having read your question throughly ,my conclusion as an holistic healer is that you are not having enough rest and are under constant stress ,hence your body is very clearly mentioning to you that you should take good rest and pamper your self with good vegetarian foods and avoid eating all stuff which produce gas and heat in the body. You also mentioned that all your tests are fine ,so live it up and enjoy your life . Remember that any kind of worry in the mind will effect your health and body so think positive and learn to relax by listening to music or do Yoga . If all I have mentioned is not right then you should check as to what type of medicines you are taking and for what reason ,there is an possibility that some of them are irritating your body so that it would respond the way it is doing ,By the way are you drinking sufficient water as that also could be the reason to have that part of the body (Feeling as if there is Pain in the region of the ovaries and the womb) .Like I had mentioned listen to your body and follow the the natures rule -ENJOY LIFE by eating good food and affirming by saying I am HEALTHY -HAPPY & thank GOD for it . Wishing you all the luck in over coming this pain soon,Bye and GOD BLESS you And your children

Well first of all I would ask you have you seen a doctor about this.It is probably nothing but it should be checked out. I could be a cyst in your ovary which could be serious, so why take the chance. Get it checked out and then you will know for sure

Sounds like you have cysts in your ovaries. I'd have them checked out to make sure that's all that is, and if that it is what is causing the pain, then you can be treated. Also, the OBGYN can make sure you don't have something else like endometriosis, etc... by a simple Ultrasound. Good luck.

You could have fibrocystic ovaries, this is when you have cyst's in your ovaries. It can cause pain, excessive bleeding and cramping. I would say seek medical help.

I'd go see your doctor and have him do an ultrasound. It could be serious and it may not. It could also be cysts on your ovaries and it could bring a lot of discomforts.

The first answer is really good.
If you are diagnosed with ovarian cysts (PCOD), have your doctor do a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.
Also ask for a saliva test. This test will tell you if any of your feminine hormones are not at the best levels. Ovarian cysts can be the result of hyperinsulinemia - a pre diabetic condition.
