Cooking classes for kids around age 10?? In california and near oxnard

Its has to be near Oxnard,CA. Not just any ordinary one like a camp or place you go to every few days!!!!!!!!!!

Oxnard College offers cooking classes...not sure they will let a 10 year old in the class for safety reasons. Why can't you just do this at home? Get a children's cookbook and start there.
