I would do my best to treat them both, until I could get them to a hospital. You could do that fast. Call 911 from your cell. I wish them the best. If you have the money to go hiking then you have the money to have a cell or you would carry more than just one snake bite kit. There should be enough snake bit kits for all. If there were one person or if there were ten. Each should have his own. Thank you for your question.

I would save my dad by giving the anecdote
and then i would tie a cloth to the area where snake bit so that poison doesn't flow to the rest of the body of my friend
and then take both of them to the hospital...
and hence save both of them.
and splitting it into halves also works.

sounds like there are way too many poisonous snakes out there so i would keep it for when i got bit. no i would probably try to split it between them so they would have enough to help stop the poison from spreading too much before i could get help.

I would save my dad. No matter how I feel about my dad, it is the better thing to do though it would be tough. I would try alternative ways to save my best friend.

In my case I would definitely save my best friend, lol, me and my dad don't get along. I don't know about everyone else though.
