needing a few parts but i have found no one who can help me find parts or even a manual with part numbers

No real offense meant but have you tried a general WWW search using your browser and keywords, such as Frigidaire???
I did YOUR legwork and found hundreds. I offer this as a place to start your search

go to Frigidaire's website and type in your model number. You should be able to order parts and also get a full owners manual. Good luck!

Look up Frigidaire in the search engine and then click on parts and maintenance..........Good Luck and take care.............
