97. Whoever works righteousness, man or woman, and has Faith, verily, to him will We give a new Life, a life that is good and pure and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions.
From chapter of Bee, from the Holy Quran.
And I would translate as "a happy life" instread of "a new life, a life that is good and pure"
And Allah knows better.
Thank you.

I think we're supposed to learn from not being happy. Trying to get there is a lesson that we all have to face. On top of that happiness is experienced differently from everyone. To be truly happy we have to let go of all these things that we desire and just enjoy things in the most simplest ways.

happiness comes from inside. it is actually a by-product of a "purified", as in detoxed, and well functioning internal-energy system. it's that simple. getting there takes alot of diligence. some big helps are researching and "doing" such practices as yoga, tai chi, chi kung ,meditation etc., and researching internal energy development, generally, from a far eastern perspective. check out www.sahajayoga.com for some good info. research and practice! why are young kids always so happy? they have clean energy systems.

It is an elusive butterfly, happiness. You can chase it and never catch it.Then somehow while you aren't even trying it lands on you.It is beautiful and then it passes.
I think true happiness is being content with all the other moments of your life.
