They lead the wild card by default. There are several other teams pretty close to them in the standings. Either the Astros will pull off another second half run or one of the teams in that quagmire in the NL West will emerge. Their offense is as fun to watch as ever, but they still have no pitching. Bronson Arroyo is not THAT good. Time will tell. They are truly doomed if they make any more trades like that idiotic deal they made with the Nationals.

I think they have the O, I would worry about the pitching in the play offs. As much as I ( as a Cubs fan) hate the say it, the @%&* Card or Astros will be there in the end

I think they started strong but are showing signs of fading. And their recent trade of Kearns was questionable, considering how unproven the pitchers they received are.
