It's this site where people can meet other people. You have a profile, a picture, and you talk about yourself. Then you "add" people as your friends. YOu can find people in your area, join groups of your interest, etc. You can also get stalked and have your privacy invaded. It's really gay.

No, they are three separate programs with the same idea. I use myspace myself... you create a free profile, and it's a way you can keep in touch with friends, as well as post pictures, keep a blog, post bulletins, send messages and comments. You'd be surprised how many people you know are on myspace.

Myspace/Facebook/Xanga/Live Journal are personal websites that allow you to meet new people and communicate with friends. They are for social networking and have nothing to do with yahoo, each other, or virtually anything.

They combine blogs with pictures and personal information and allow you to connect with people online.

blog is an online journal. You can write or post about whatever you like: updates of your life, political opinions, a great trip, favorite recipes, what music you're listening to -- anything that strikes your fancy.
