My cell phone is being really gay...I was at the pool today and when I got in was working fine but when I got out then it started to press buttons by itself, lock itself, and when it starts to press buttons you cant turn it off....I dont know how to fix it....and NO i didnt drop it in the pool

A master reset will probably fix it...I would need the model to help you out though. Once I know that, I can walk you throught the reset. Also, check under the battery for a little sticker about the size of a whole punch....if it is red, then you got water/liquid/humidity damage in the phone which is what may be causing the issue.

Take the battery out and put it back. This works 60% of the time.

Take it to the place where you got it, it might have overheated if it was out in the sun too long. GOOD LUCK! LuvCarly

hope you got the insurance when you got it they will replace it, if it got overheated, or even damp, you lose, sorry.
