If it is Square root of adding (169+25)
Then the answer is added 169 + 25 = 194, follows by square root 194, with calculator gives you 13.928...
Note that it is wrong to square root 169 and square root 25 then adding them to give 13+5 = 18...totally wrong!

If it is Square root 169 then add 25
Then the answer is square root 169 = 13, follows by adding 25, with gives you 38.

Were you terms seperate (is each of those numbers under a square root sign). If so you do it like this.
The square root of 169 is 13.
The square root of 25 is 5.
Add those together you get 18.

But if you add 169+25 you get 194.
And the square root of that is 13.928.
That requires a calculator so if you're not supposed to use one the first answer is correct.

If you mean
SQR(169+25)
the answer is
SQR(194) = 13.9283882771841193384677389285133
you may round it off as you wish.

If you mean
(SQR(169))+25=38

it depends on where the square root symbol is

if its only over 169 then the answer is 38

if its over both numbers but not the plus than its 18

if its over everything than the answer is 13.9
