It varies on what the writers were writing about. In the Silver Age, he was a father of two kids as well in other tales, including Elseworlds Stories. In TV & Film, they hardly touched up on that subject. In the final episode of Lois & Clark:The New Adventures of Superman, both Lois & Clark received a child to raise as their own from the stars. In film, I wish I could tell you what happens in the end of "Superman Returns", but in some circumstances, I won't. See it for yourself in theatres or when it comes out on DVD later this year.

In the comic books: none.
There were several "imaginary" stories in the Silver Age featuring Superman as a parrent, but none of them were canon.
On TV: the last episode of Lois And Clark ended with Lois possibly being pregnant, but with the show canceled...
And in the movies, the possibility exists, but I am not going to spoil it for anyone who has not seen Superman Returns yet.

In the 1970's, a Superboy/Legion of Super Heroes comic (Issue 217? Approximately) featured Superboy in the 30th C falling for a LSH substitute hero named Elna. Turned out she was his descendent, and the only ability she retained was modest invulnerability.

No details were given as to how many direct descendents Superman had, or by whom. (Elna is an anagram of Lane).

All of this was pre-crisis and pre-reboot, but cannon for the era.

Also, several World's Finest comics from that day featured the sons of Batman and Superman teaming up. Those may have been "imaginary" stories.

In the regular/original/classic story line, none. But these days with so many diff. writers and storylines from them, who knows. Plus, the Supermans from diff. realitys/dementions/universes could have some. Serry the answer is so vague.

None yet--he and Lois just got married not that long ago, and there definitely was no hanky-panky until she found out his true identity.
