Do not fool yourself. Just go about your life as if he were just a casual aquintance, or casual friend and you'll be alot happier. Even if you really do not feel that way, pretty soon you will. Dating someone you work with is usally not the best idea.

it isnt a good thing he is plotting on you. no after a break up people are confused about where they are in their life. after being together for 3yrs he i probably wondering if he did the right thing, or if he just screwed up. you should try to talk to him about what both of you are feeling, but don't be whiney because guys hate that.
