how do it get one with my picture?

Basicly, if you see a picture you like, right click it with your mouse. At the bottom of your options box, is PROPERTIES, click on that. Then, you'll see the URL. That's the address to where this image is hosted. Hope that helps!
P.S. if you want to upload your picture to get a URL for it. The fast way is www.tinypic.org

a URL is an internet address. Like yahoo.com or google.com. When images are post on the web they have addresses too, right click on the image and click properties, the adress will be in that window.
If the image is on your computer not on the internet, it must be uploaded for other to see it. You can upload images at http://www.imageshack.us

you picture needs to be uploaded onto a host server connected to the internet.
there are many places where you can upload pictures, myspace is one. if you have an image you saw on the internet and want the URL for is then you can right click on it and go "properties" and then look under image location.

well it is an address where a pic is. Go to www.imageshack.us and download your pic there and you will have a image url. Good luck

Well, if you uploaded your picture through a site it should supply one
1. go to www.imageshack.us
2. up load your picture
3. it will give you links and there discriptions to use!
