Wow, it's really a toss up between Aliens or Raiders of the Lost Ark. I gotta go with Raiders though. One, it's the origionator, the first tale in a series and, therefore, the most origional one of the three. It came out of no where in the 80's during a time where movies were mainly campy, sexy comedies. It had this pulp feel that had not been seen since the serials that inspired it and it was action packed yet heavy in it's detail, it's story and it's backdrop. Also, it threw in the supernatural element and was pretty freaky for it's time. Had everything a hero's jouney movie should and left you feeling good without comprimsing and making it over the top happy ending.

Airplane and Field of Dreams are right there together.

I'm a 26 year-old man and I get teary eyed when I watch Field of Dreams. It is a very solid movie.

Airplane is so flippin' funny. I quote probably quote it more often than any other movie.

Additions:
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Office Space
The Abyss
The Matrix
and many, many others.

Two of the ones on this list had an impact on me in college, and they were Airplane and Field of Dreams. Airplane was easy sophmoric humor and our dorm would recreate scenes from it, as well as from History of the World Part I.

However, of the ones on the list, it has to be Field of Dreams that would be my favorite. All of the movies on your list are good, but Field moved me in a way movies rarely do, and to this day I am not sure why. I do love baseball and wound up coaching it in my life, but that's not the reason why it's my favorite. I think the way it portrays the love of home and family is it, and when I was away at college, I actually cried at the end when they 'had a catch.' I can't really put inot words all the way the movie makes me feel, but let me say this: Field of Dreams restored my faith in entertainment as something real, something that matters to people's lives. Corny, cheesy, sappy, yes. But for me, all too true.

Caddyshack

Caddyshack was hilarious!!! It had Rodney Dangerfield, chevy Chase and Bill Murray. Plus, Chevy has such a dry sense of humor, I love it. And Rodney has some of the best lines in the movie. Oh, this is the worst-looking hat I ever saw. What, when you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh? LOL!
Chevy Chase with his dry humor.
How do you measure yourself against other golfers? By height sir. Judge Smails: Im no slouch myself. Ty: Ooh sir, don't underestimate yourself. YOu're a terrific slouch.
And Bills monologue about meeting the Dalai Lama
When you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

The movie was brilliant. Every scene thought out. Best movie!

Indiana Jones. I loved that movie when I was little. My mom bought me a whip, a leather jacket, some boots and a hat just like him. I whipped everything in the house. I think I was 5 or 6 at the time.
