It gives you ideas on how to find them. Best thing to do is check out the celeb's official website, if they have one. Most of them will have an address where you can send fan mail; such as their agent, manager or in courtesy of the television show they are on.
Most official sites also have an email adress to contact that celeb. Its usually "celeb"@celeb.com (insert name). As far as I have seen there are no personal phone, email or home addresses for celebs.
Lastly, there are sites that charge you for this information as well. They have books with celebs contact information such as I mentioned above.
I agree to also try My Space but as someone said be careful because there are a lot of posers on there.

Some celebrities check the message boards on www.imdb.com (Internet Movie Data Base) they may see you are trying to get a hold of them.
Also,try myspace....but BE CAREFUL!!
