I want to know if.......?

Ok I could be pregnant. Trying to conceive, I want to know since my periods are regular but I usually have period symptoms , and I havent yet and I should start my period middle of nxt week. I have had slight symptoms of nausea, and dizziness but i took a test and it revealed negative although it was from dollar general and only cost a buck.....

You could be. Tests only measure the amt of pregnancy hormone in your urine. If there isn't much hormone yet, then the test would come back negative. It took 5 tests with my daughter before one came back positive, and my period was late. I knew right away that I was pregnant though, because I had tender breasts, and I never have those when I get my period. God Bless

Dollar store tests can only be relied upon after you have missed your period. They are not sensitive enough to detect the pregnancy hormone hCG this early. So you would either need to wait until you miss your period or buy a more sensitive test, such as First Response. The only way to know for sure is to go to the doctor, wait a week or so and then go and see. In the meantime, avoid alcohol and other substances that could affect the baby. Good luck!

Just be patient. If you're regular, you will know soon enough. You may start to experience some discharge. You may feel fullness in your breasts.
