North Central Wisconsin hasn't had rain yet this month. Today was so hot and humid that the mosquitos took the day off, but no rain yet.

Odd summer here. Last year we had the hottest and driest summer *ever*.....followed by the warmest and driest winter *ever*.....and then the warmest and wettest spring *ever*.....and this summer the temperatures are at least as high as last year, but it's been raining on a regular basis.

All last week. I couldn't lay out in the sun or wash my car or swim. I barely got a chance to mow that long grass.
