we had a big thunderstorm wednesday and thursday. and it's been close to 100 degrees everyday since.

North Central Wisconsin hasn't had rain yet this month. Today was so hot and humid that the mosquitos took the day off, but no rain yet.

Odd summer here. Last year we had the hottest and driest summer *ever*.....followed by the warmest and driest winter *ever*.....and then the warmest and wettest spring *ever*.....and this summer the temperatures are at least as high as last year, but it's been raining on a regular basis.
Yes, boys and girls: there *is* such a thing as global warming.

Amazingly enough, yes, we got some last night and I never even heard it was coming!! I woke up to the wet ground and all this morning and was positively stunned!! That was in CA, where were you? Good question!!
