if they dont like eachother do they usually beat the crap out of each other within the first hour or so?

oh no, bunnies do not get along with guineas, seperate them immediately. Bunnies are far too aggressive to be housed with guineas. Bunnies need to be loose in the house, with a litter box. Guineas belong in a cage. This is a huge mistake, I am an expert, and you should heed my warning.

I suggest you shouldn't put Guinea Pigs and Rabbits together...

Because if they have an argument (not as in human type), the rabbit can use its strong hind foot to kick the guinea pig which can be quite fatal...

When you come into the room and one of them is picking their teeth. Just kidding.

Your best bet is to check with the pet store where you got the animals or with your veterinarian.
