Find a talent agency near your hometown and find out if they have a website or call and they will tell you what the requirements are to join. Usually it's some specific information and two headshots of you. In Atlanta they have Hot Shot Kids (if you are under 18) and that is a good talent place (if you live near there) I'm about to join that one. :]
