i believe most of the world's oxygen is produced along the equator (i.e. the Amazon) where the vegetation (trees, etc) constantly produces, as well as from ocean algae.

the content may drop a little bit during the winter months in some areas, but for the most part, we all share the same atmosphere, which is important to keep in mind considering what we dump into it.

No, the oxygen doesn't decrease in the winter. The percentage of O2 is constant. Even if it's winter in New England, it is summer somewhere else. Good question tho.....
