I have. It has worked for me. I've lost a lot of weight. Dropped 4 pants sizes. But I haven't done it for awhile b/c I keep forgetting to eat breakfast. Plus the cereal tastes good. :)

yes i did but i actually only ate the cereal 4 times a day and that was it and i lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks i tried the blue box one but theres another diet its called the sacred heart diet peopel say and talk thats its a myth and it doesnt work its kinda a soup diet but you get other things so it aint really an yways um i went ont hat diet and lost 3 pounds in a week (this diet is a week only)but i really dont have more that 5 pounds i need to loose to begin with but my husband who could use like 10 pounds or sumtin lost 15 and this is ALL IN ONE WEEK !!!!!!Let me know if interested i can email you the recipe

I've tried it. It actually does work, however you must exercise, and eat other healthy foods (i.e lot's of fruits and veggies.) No diet works without exercise and proper proportions, though! Try it, what's it going to hurt!

i have not tried it, but it is fact that if you lower your calorie intake you will loose weight. also adding exercise into the mix will speed up the process.

it only works on fat people, because people who are already LARGE are eatting junk, they get special K and they eat only that, so it works.
for thiner people who dont normally eat junk any way, it has a less chance of working.
