Do you think that people that can't stay in their own lane as adults didn't color inside the lines when they were kids?

Children who do not stay within the lines have crayons and people who drive over the lanes have cars. Perhaps if you removed what each of the malefactors have they would not color outside the lines or drive over the lane. Trying to evaluate behaviors for everything is much the same as physics search for a theory of everything or as Freud more aptly stated, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

sounds to me like this is a fair question...i can't tell you how many times i had to move out of the way so that those types of people could have both lanes...it really scares me to think about how many accidents are caused just by doing that... my grandfather used to speed all of the time. we told him he needed to drive more carefully..he said i've never been in an accident!!! and my grandmothers response was, ya but do you know how many accidents you caused behind you???? oh, and by the way, my kids color with him from time to time and believe it or not, he's pretty good... have a good one, and lets all be a little more careful out there....

I think it's more likely they just aren't paying attention. Also, it's found that people that have trouble driving in their own lane are focusing on a point ahead of them that is too close to their vehicle. You should focus on the whole road, and drive in you lane to a point well in advance of your position.

It usually is only b/c they are either NOT good at driving in the first place, or are not payin' attention ...

I know artists who colored inside the lines and some of them just CAN'T drive! LOL!

No, I think all kids colored outside the lines at one point or another, some people are always on their cell phones talking and that's why they swerve.

LOL...it's a thought! I think more likely they are distracted by cell phones, eating, screaming kids, putting on make up...all those things people do while in control of powerful and potentially fatal machinery.

I'm usually too busy trying to eat or talk on the cell phone to stay in my own land.

I think they are talking on a phone, eating, applying make-up, yelling at their kids, reading, watching TV, changing CDs, lighting a cigarette, smoking crank or crack or marijuana, or they are drunk are falling asleep.
