my door asking for the rent i told him i didnt have it and just stripped naked for him nest thing you know we were screwing on my couch! he said as long as i screw him once a month i can stay in my house but i dont like it. what should i do??

You would need to call your parents and get a job...Yes you do have leverage if, a big IF he is married!!!you can use it against him if he ever got nasty...BUT it is not OK...Get the hell out!! and just move. do not give a phone number of where you are going...at the end of the month ...just get some guys to move you>>>in the evening!!!Be sure to move at night...If he puts anything on your credit report...call him and tell him you will report him to his WIFE!!!!Give him the phone number and address of the credit reporting agency...so he can remove it!!! usually takes 3 months to get it off!!!!!

Are you for real? Well, if you are, you already gave up the goodies, too late to turn back now. Just get drunk beforehand, lol. and think of the free rent.

Prostitution pays off doesn't it? Guess you better have a job and some money to pay the rent next month....and start saving to have first and last months' rent and a deposit pretty dang fast.....unless of course your landlord is married...then you have leverage....if he tries to kick you out cause you won't sleep with him next month you can threaten to go tell his wife.....

You do realize that by doing this you are a prostitute, right? If you don't feel good about it, then by all means don't do it. Don't compromise your dignity for anyone. Get on your feet and get a job. He can't evict you for a while, it would all have to go to court and all that so you do have plenty of time to get a job. Good luck.
