This month was my last probation period before I became a full employment as a secretary. But my boss just said that she cannot employed me any further. I don't do nothing wrong, she said my previous experiences and background are not what they're looking for. The reason she hired me was becoz she felt sorry for me.

I don't think they fair. I also has responsibilities to my babygirl and familiy financial condition. I know I must look for another job soonest to handle the situation, but I just feel betrayed.

Can company really fire people with this reason?

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX unfortunately they do it all the time to poor people who can't afford a lawyer to fight for them. That is why so many people go postal. All you can do is seek other employment and chalk it up as a bad experience. You can go to Social Services in the mean time for financial help. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx

Most company policy manuals state that you are an "at will" employee and can be terminated at any time with or without a reason. If you are a secretary, you really do need to work on your language, spelling and grammar skills. You can not be valuable to an employer by making basic mistakes such as grammar.

Good luck on your employment search. I hope you find something very soon.

Well looking at your grammar and ability to fluently convey information via typing well I would say you were a pity case and you couldn't do the job someone trained or with prior background could do. Looks like you need to go back to turning tricks on the street corner because you won't cut it with the lack of skills you seem to show. Are you the only one taking care of the baby girl? Family financial condition? Just a guess but let me see your an illegal that got here laying on your back and when you got knocked up they walked out.... Brilliant plan.
