Someone that isn't fake and say what they are thinking. A honest person that is funny and can take a joke.

The personality could be one of not being shy, their looks, smile, the way they hold, present themselves could indeed be a turn on for some.
Perhaps an out going lady with a personality of being far from shy talkative, laughter and presents genuine fun is yet another style that men like. One who can carry the conversation, making it all the more interesting.
Perhaps this gives you some idea about magnetic personality that draws others to them.

Sense of humor, ability to laugh at themselves, calm..projects positive energy, thinks of others, bright, curious, interested in learning, sees the bright side, laughs easily, eye-to-eye contact, cares about family......that's just a few of mine.
