I dont think you will find a turbo small enough to run on a 150cc bike. you need a certain amoount of exhaust gas to make it work and 150cc, even at 11,000 rpm isnt enough. You may be able to fit an electic motor to the compressor end though, build a supercharger (or rig some way to drive it from crank???)
