The effects are nice---but as far as the plot and the acting---what do you think?

I think there were about as many lines of dialogue in that 2-1/2 hour mess as in a typical 21 minute Seinfeld episode.
Big shots of computer graphics accompanied by chorale music don't make a movie.
I'm a Superman fan, but this was a waste of time.

Man did it DRAG!! It kept going and going and going!! I thought it would never end and I didn't even stay to the end of the flick. It was so poor, I figured I could wait until it came out on DVD. I had to leave Superman so I could see the new Pirates 2 movie. That rocked and I'm glad I did it. I loved that from beginning to end!! I agree wholeheartedly!! Super SUCKS!! Good question!!

I loved the movie. It was a little cheesy and a little over the top, but that hom the FIRST (chirs reeves) Superman movie was. I do not think that Ruth is as good as Reeves was as superman but I reall enjoyed the movie and consider it money well spent.

Definitly better then I thought it was going to be. My husband and I both went not expecting much but it actually impressed us. I was concerned about Kate Bosworth playing Lois Lane, but she actually impressed me too. Not as good as the originals, but I think it's definitly worth seeing, entertained me!! Loved Kevin Spacey as Lex Luther and Parker Posey as his girlfriend was GREAT!!!

what do you expect from corporations?
There goal is to make money, not good movies, the advertisements are the most important, notthe actual movie.

I don't know...it was okay....I have definately seen better movies but it was still pretty awesome
