Has anyone tried listening to their music backwards?

If you listen to some music backwards like led zepplin's "stairway to heaven", you can hear satanic messages. Another one is the Eminem song "my name is" and if you play the chorus backwards, it will say "it is slim, its eminem,its eminem,its eminem,it is slim, its eminem,its eminem,its eminem". Ain't that something? I think that playing music backwards is called backtracking.

It's called backwards masking, actually. When I worked in 1980-1981 in radio, I tried this, because it was easy to cue music by playing it backwards. There were only two songs I knew of at the time that said anything backwards, and those were "Strawberry Fields", which contained the phrase "I bury Paul", and one other Beatles song, which contained the phrase, "Turn me on, dead man." There was a rumor at the time about those songs containing phrases backwards, and I checked and they did. I did NOT find any truth to any other such rumors, including the one about Stairway to Heaven.

good luck... by the way, Elton John's innocuous hit, "Blue Eyes" contains a phrase that sounds like "Maui Wowie", but I think it's just a coincidence.

When the music is as bad as it is in Eminem, you have to do SOMETHING to give people a reason to buy the record.

There is a REASON why Rap, Pop and Rock concerts have tons of flashing lights, smoke, big TVs and dancing girls/guys. THE MUSIC SUCKS!
