We have this fat jewish lady that works with us, she is a *****. She pretends to be friends with everyone, then talks **** about them behind their back to everyone else.

We need her fired, what should we do?

She is only working here so she can have insurance to get her gastric bypass surgery, she doesnt care about the job.

And she is a reptile?

Can't fire her unless you document behavior and the boss should be doing that. If not you should bring up the behavior of her to your boss.

Tell the people she is talking about what she is saying. It is the truth so it can't come back to bite you, and it fosters a general dislike of this woman for everyone. Then everyone can band together to make her life miserable.
Is there a way to post what she says? I'd do that.
Start hiding her stuff.
Smear cat food on the underside of her desk where it won't be found right away, but will stink badly.
Steal her lunch if she brings it. Replace it with something nasty.
Steal her work, drop it in a paper shredder.
Pretend someone's kid brought a magnet to the office and it got to close to her computer and wiped the whole thing clean. Or just a disk or two if you are worried about repercussions to you.
Do all of this while you are killing her with kindness, and stabbing her in the back. After all, turn about is fair play.
Make her miserable. and have fun doing it.

Tell her that you and the others are going to tell each other everything she has said about everyone, including the boss, if she doesn't stop now! And also that everyone will stop talking to her because they don't want to hear it anymore. If she is talking about her faith, tell her she isn't setting a good example for her religion! If she gets all of these "HINTS", and you all follow through with it, there should be a big difference, especially if she doesn't have anyone to talk to!

you put this in the wrong category.
well depends on where you work
you could call in one day say if you work at a gas station or walmart somehintg say that person was very rude to you and say bad things maybe call in quite a few times. theyd have to fire someone who is rude. make shur you call in on a day she actually worked lol

other than that i duno but good luck. talk about her behind her back fat BIT ch

First off, don't bring her weight or religion into this. That can get YOU fired for discrimmination.

There isn't much you can do unless you or a co-worker feels as if she is plotting against you or is being rude to your face.

If you tell your boss that this woman is just talking behind your back it could be dismissed as here-say.

Document 3 separate occasions of her gossip or causing a negative work environment. Have her sign each time and then on the third occasion fire her. You should have nothing to worry about.

It looks like you have a delima on your hands. Take it one day ata time. Do not think bad about her. People are pople and if she has violated you or tothers then get witnesses and write it down on paper. You can do more damaage with a pen than mouth,.

What does her being fat or Jewish have to do with anything.
You do not have to talk to her.......walk away when she comes along and soon she'll have no one to talk to and she'll be so miserable she quits.
If she asks you personal questions, ask her "Why do you need to know?" That'll shut her up quick, fast and in a hurry.
Plus it will embarrass her.

when she is supposed to do something at work wait till it is done then go behind her and fukc it all up. keep doing this but make sure you dont get caught and she will get fired. or steal her car keys ram her car into the bosses car and get leave like it wasn't you.

Have her daughter beat davy over the head, or you can just call and ask to speak to sue the manager, or call and ask to speak to the manager and tell him that she cursed you or she did not put in a wake up call for you
