How did the flies get in to begin with? Did you leave a window open or is something in the room deceased that they are laying eggs in and hatching out of. A no-pest fly strip will work but it takes about 10 hours to be effective.

First, check if there's any food in ur room or under ur bed cuz that would explain all of the flies. If there isn't any use some bug spray, or a fly swatter. Good luck, i dont like flies either.

Bug Spray.
Fly paper/Tape
Fly Swatter.
You really need to find out why they are there to figure out how to get rid of them. Do you have any old food somewhere in the room? Do you have a light on that is attracting them? Do you have a window open? Is there a dead rat under your house? Find out why they are there and get that out of the way and they will leave or die.

First, be sure to that all the windows and doors are closed, then start killing them, then find out why they were there. Is there left over food? Get rid of it. Is there dirty clothes? Wash them. Other than that, I am not sure what to do to help since it already the next day. Keep this for future reference.

Put a shoofly pie on the windowsill. The Pennsylvania Dutch invented this super syrupy sugared pie to shoo the flies from other things.

Do you have a vacuum cleaner with an extendable hose?
If you keep them flying, you will eventually tire them out and
then you suck 'em down into the belly of the beast where
they eventually die.
If you turn off the lights, they will eventually stop buzzing around
but they will still be there.

turn a fan directly on you and your bed. Fly's can't fly in wind and you won't hear them either.
The flyswatter idea is good too.
Candles can work also.
Bugzapper.
