I am talking about the third piece of the movie, the third segment involving the african doll that comes to life and terrorizes Karen Black? That scared the hell out of me as a child.

My three-year-old called the Zuni Fetish Doll "Scummer." I should have never let him watch it, but who knew how scary it was going to be??? Hope you got over it. He did.

Not Stephen King.

I was 10 when I watched that devil doll segment. Scared the bejesus out of me. At the end, when Karen Black is flicking the knife in the floor repeatedly, waiting for her husband to return, possessed by the doll, with that black eye makeup and scary smirk....brrrrrrrrr!

The remake didn't get close to the original, though perhaps because I'm older.

Scared the heck out of me, and I was a teenager. I can still see that scarey little thing chasing her around and slashing her. It's Stephen Kings work, and he's always been great at scaring me.

I loved that movie! It didn't scare me all that much though!

I loved that movie. That little spear-wielding statue was great. I think every kid in school was talking about it for a few weeks.

Wow, I guess that really dates me huh?
