There is nothing you can do. You can just continue to love both of them.

THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT! IF A DIVORCE HAPPENS, YOU DID NOT CAUSE IT. IT IS BETWEEN YOUR PARENTS, WHO LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!

Be patient with them. They're having a VERY rough time. And remember that their problems are of their own making, not because of you.

Don't take sides. These things happen--a lot. What you're doing now is good: getting the opinions and advice of people who have been there.

My parents were divorced when I was 12. I got divorced when my kids were about 9 and 7. I still have good relationships with all of the above, and also with my ex, and I'm going to marry a great gal whom my kids practically ordered me to marry.

Life is good. Just be patient.

well, you can't really do anything. I was 8 when my parents divorce and I was really hurt and upset, but I realized that they are to very different people and it would have never worked for them. Tried for years to get them back together, but now that I'm an adult, I think that it was for the best. Sometimes you just have to sit back and let things happen wether you want them to or not, especially when you are a kid. Sorry. Don't worry about it though, just remember that they both love you, and they both deserve to be happy even if that means that they won't be together anymore.

study the situation and understand them why they have to do it. sometimes staying married as a couple just for the sake of being together is not anymore satisfying. or shall we say we are staying together only because of our children is not enough either. probably there are valid reasons why they have to do it, and we the children should understand and accpet them. if we can't accept it, we might have to tell it to them our parents of our feelings towards it so that they will make us understand why they have to do it. it is better to see them happy separated than to see them unhappy together. being divorced parents doesn't change the fact that they are still are parents, we just have to live with it, not seeing them together anymore. you can tell them how you feel but really there's nothing you can do, it's between them
Just remember, they both love you and nothing you did caused this, sometimes couples just decide they get along better when they're not together
