Haha actually no, i do not want to castrate my boyfriend or anything of the sort. We heard some people saying that you could donate a testicle for a considerable amount of money, but now I know that you really cannot donate one.

Testicles are not typically donated while living or dead as they contain the genetic material to father offspring that is unique to the individual. Human males can live without one or both testicles. You may be referring to Sperm Donors in which case there is a large network of Sperm Banks in the united states.
If you are inquiring about someone who has lost a testicle to cancer or an injury, there are silicone and saline replacement testicles available in a variety of sizes. These replace the form, though not the function, of natural testicles.

what? it's either you hate your boyfriend so much that you are planning to castrate him and donate his b-a-l-l-s or your bf has a 3rd or 4th extra b-a-l-l-s so you want to donate them in order not to waste them. whatever the case, i don't think they can be a subject of donation. cheers!
